You know, we haven't tried yet, but I've heard it involves not decorating the lower 2 feet of the tree.
Exactly what YA says...do not have anything lower than 2 feet on the tree that you don't want destroyed, chunked or eaten.Or, fake wrap a bunch of boxes to put in front as a barrier. He can have a field day just demolishing those!
And make sure that he doesn't pull on the tree itself and have it fall over on himself! :)Or, instead of just not decorating the lower parts, buy some plastic ornaments that you won't care about and let him have a field day with those! :)
