I came home and looked for the newspaper here to see if my hubby caught it as well... you should e-mail the writer and poo-poo on his parade of having a front page story... Stupid small town paper. :)

What kills me is to see a printed menu in a restaurant or an advertisement with misspellings. PROOF READ, people!

Well, it could be "taking the reigns of" as in taking charge, or "taking reigns off" as in allowing to go faster. Just my $.02.
