I love my MTV
Okay, not really. I mean, who even watches this channel anymore? Is it still on?
But, I really do love my Sirius Satellite Radio. I love all types of music and I especially love to sing all types of music by myself in my car. That being said, I love my Sirius radio because I heard the old song "Daisy Dukes" today and it was SO FUN!
Look at them girls with the daisy dukes on!
I - wanchyoo - to

You can't tell me that doesn't get in your head and take you back a few years...

indeed, it takes me back precisely to 1995, when i was walking down Panama City Beach (Florida). so does that country song that says something about beachfront property in arizona.
I only flip to my MTV when I hope to catch the new Gwen Stefani video "rich girls". Don't know why, but I love that song!
Ever watch Best Week Ever on VH1? Good times.
by "that country song," I guess you are referring to the title track of George Strait's 1987 release, "Oceanfront Property. i find that very odd, and musically perverse that you lump that song with a song by the 69Boyz.
were you wearing daisy dukes on the beach in florida?
no, i was wearing a bikini. but there were some nearby guys who were playing (and by playing, i mean BLASTING) that song from their jambox on the beach.
i lump the songs together only because my best friend at the time was trying to teach me that song. it was fitting because we were on the beach. on oceanfront property to be exact. and so we walked down the beach, using our down-home hick terrell, tx accents to sing the lyrics.
ahhh...the good ol' days.
Amanda Sue - you have the only disappearing ink blog I have ever seen. I scroll and entire lines disapper, I scroll back and lines reappear. It is a magic trick that I cannot find a rhyme or reason to but I enjoy the action.
Amanda, you've always amazed and intrigued me with your enjoyment of such a vast array of musical genres.
Is there any kind you HATE?
Inquiring minds wanna know.
omigosh. kt. i totally know what you mean. her site does the same disappearing act when i read it.
aw crap. i thought it was just me. maybe i need to change my background???
i know two other people with this background who don't have problems. i'm not sure why it does it. but if there's another background you like, you should change it. we like change!! in fact, i'm working on a new design for my own site!!
and when i say that i'm working on a new design for my site, really i mean that i'm working on what i might want it to look like, and then ROGER will be working on the new design for my site.
i'm fake like that.
you can't have a new design. you just did that! give the rest of us a chance to shine!
