It is a sharpie. I wrote it upside down. Daniel was staring at me with a gaping mouth. I really didn't think this through. I hope the marker goes away by next Tuesday, or I got some 'splainin' to do to the doc.
That shirt is the Woden Eagles. The school where I teach. We are in the basketball playoffs.
i am not much of a sports fan, so when the superbowl started that sunday, and i saw the symbols for the two teams, i had a fleeting thought that woden somehow got to go to the superbowl.
haha! it's funny that you mention that. just last night i was laying in the bath tub, floating. (it was filled with water, of course.)
i kept taking huge breaths and making myself float and pretending that i was in a pool.
except i wasn't. i was in a bathtub. i keep thinking that bathtubs are getting smaller and smaller, but really i think that i am getting larger and larger.
last night when roger was pouring his rootbeer out of the can into the glass (because it's classier and tastes better that way), i told him we should buy vanilla ice cream to make root beer floats.
he didn't answer, but i'm sure he was thinking to himself, "that's even MORE sugar, and we'd have to work out even more to lose the extra weight that it would pack on our bodies."
he didn't say it out loud, but i KNOW he was thinking it!
my bathtub is getting smaller too. remember when you could slide from one end to the other and make a tidal wave? that is a horrible idea at this size, i promise!
dude. i know. i like to fill the tub REALLY full. except once i do that, i can't move or else the floor will become one with the tub. so i have to lay there, very still.
OMW - the two of you are crazy. These are my thoughts - I like that you can write upside down w/ sharpie on your belly (if you mark with sharpie on your teeth it will rub off - fun if you want to look like a toothless hick - it took me awhile to get up the guts to actually do this myself but I have seen many sharpied teeth and they do in fact return to normal - much like your belly will), it is boobie - all things like that should end in an "ie", "y" is too plain for such a word, the two of you are CRAZY, you just had a 30 minute conversation on your blog through comments. Love it.

LOL - this is my new favorite post!!!
what is that shirt? are you supporting the Mean Green?
is that permanent marker?
did you write that upside down?
AM I TALKING TO MYSELF????

It looks like the eagle is going to bite my boobie!
is that how you even spell boobie? or is it booby?
oh. WELL. Woden's logo looks QUITE SIMILAR to the Mean Green.
i've written on myself with sharpie before. it should be off in a couple days, given that you are prone to showering.
i think it might be "booby."
woden's eagle looks exactly like the sort of eagle that comes from philly. maybe they are part of the same breed. as well as your mean green species.
omigosh. i totally forgot about the Philadelphia Eagles. that's shameful, considering they JUST LOST THE BIGGEST FOOTBALL GAME OF THE YEAR.
too bad, too. i was rooting for them.

BUT WAIT! we don't have a football team.
AND WAIT AGAIN! that is stupid!
it makes more sense that we stole their eagle.
amanda, you are SO funny! does daniel like football?
"yes"
that is the same "yes" to the question "does daniel like beer?"
it really means not really, but just cause guys are supposed to.
roger doesn't like either. but last night he decided that we'd have pizza and beer. you know, cause that's what grown ups can do.
so we had pizza. and beer. ROOT beer.
haha! i love root beer!
hmmm... maybe i will go get a Mug root beer instead of working out.
but then i will have to get some ice cream to go with it. vanilla. for a float.
floating. that is what my body can do because it is comprised largely of fat cells.

much like a beached whale.
